For ICOP and Sargon Member Practices

Accommodations:

 

Hotel room will be provided at the Holiday Inn or Hyatt Place Canton, Ohio. You will be responsible for incidentals only. 

 

Travel: 

Please make your own air travel or other arrangements and send your itinerary to csmith@gabrailcancercenter.com

 

Ground Transportation:

Canton, OH - The hotel offers free shuttle service to and from the airport. If you require other transportation to/from hotel please let us know and we will make arrangements.

 

Airfare or mileage will be covered for up to 3 attendees per practice. Additional attendees can attend please contact Carrie Smith for approval.
